Frequently asked questions
Do you sell Microsoft 365 licences?
No. Licences are supplied through our partner VoiHost, and Data Trust Co handles the setup, security, administration and support. See Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licensing.
Doesn’t Microsoft already back up our data?
Microsoft keeps its service running and offers limited retention features, but protecting your data from accidental deletion, ransomware or a departing employee is your responsibility. An independent backup gives you a reliable way to restore what you need.
Which Microsoft 365 plan is right for our business?
It depends on your security and compliance needs. Business Basic covers web and mobile apps, Business Standard adds desktop Office apps, and Business Premium adds advanced security and device management. We’ll recommend the right mix, and you can combine plans across users.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace or another email provider?
