Do we still need antivirus if we have MDR?
Our MDR service includes next-generation antivirus, so you won’t need a separate product. We’ll remove any old antivirus during setup to avoid conflicts.
Will MDR slow down our computers?
Rarely. Modern endpoint agents are lightweight and designed to run quietly in the background. Most users never notice them.
What is a false positive, and will we be bothered by them?
A false positive is a harmless activity that looks suspicious at first. Every alert is reviewed before action is taken, so you’re only contacted when something genuinely needs your attention.
What happens if a threat is found at 2 a.m.?
Monitoring runs around the clock. If a threat is confirmed after hours, it can be contained right away, and we follow up with you in the morning with a clear summary of what happened.
Does MDR protect against ransomware?
